Congratulations to PHS math teacher, Ms. Kimberly Rosander, for recently receiving her National Board Certification! This is truly an incredible accomplishment that requires just the right mixture of dedication, expertise, professionalism, and knowledge. To put this incredible accomplishment in context, according to the National Board website (2023), there are currently over 3 million certified teachers in the country... only 133,000 ( 0.04%) of these individuals can boast the accolade of being National Board Certified 😮. Way to go Ms. Rosander! The Portsmouth community is very proud of you!
