For military families, the adjustments you have to make when moving can be challenging. The Portsmouth School Department would like to make this difficult transition as easy and stress free as possible.

Here at PHS, we have a "New Patriots Club" specifically designed for students that are new to the area. The New Patriots Club advisor will meet you at the New Student Orientation.  The club also meets afterschool to help students get situated into the Portsmouth community.   You will create new friendships while we help to ensure a comfortable transition into the school system.
